the simple replacement of the shield battery with a duff can
The idea is to replace the healing items with alcoholic beverages, in short, an alcoholism simulator in the custom campaign or in Half Life 2.

For me the addon has the sound of the can opening, isn't it the addon that is causing a conflict?

u should also replace the pickup sfx to a can opening like Kshhhhh
