PhotoShop. Airbrush tool mostly, create scratches, wear n tear with the eraser brushes. I have an account at DeviantArt which is a good place to find legit resources if you're into editing with PS or GIMP... http://spallstudios.deviantart.com/gallery

quesion here, how do you get the textures for the weapons ? and which programm did you use to change the look ?

Great job man! Sub'ed and following. I know you are currently working on other skins but, there isn't really that many camo 1911's and hopefully you can do this for the m45/1911 down the road!
