[sx] Smaller Simple Research Bench

Adds a separate buildable small simple research bench. Texture and idea from Desp's mod. Sorry dawg.

Same research speed as normal simple research bench (75%), but in a 3x1 size and with less health (180) instead of (250)

It just adds a new building, so it should be safe to add to a save, I guess dont remove it if you have on placed or something.

For added context, that mod re-textures and resizes the original simple research bench. Several comments said "wait naw what if I want both" and I sorta agreed so I learned how to make an xml mod. Feelin proud right now actually.
