If you dont know how to download these mods, here's a quick tutorial:

Download it,

Extract it,

go to your steam,

right click TF2

properties and open the folder

in your link adress click on Steam

you will find userdata

click on it and locate the folder 1066780 and open it

you'll find a folder called mods, if not, you can create one. (call it *mods* just for safety)

drag the extracted files into the new mods folder and youre good to go!
