Improved damage check (test)

A small tweak to the damage check that should hopefully prevent/reduce damage from very minor things. Bear in mind that this will also affect NPCs and enemies. Should also help with characters that are very resilient or regenerate, as I originally made this for a character like that, then found it slightly improved things overall on the model I use. Might add a proper image later, just picked a random one I had saved haha.
