Patched to fix some minor annoyances me and multiple others had with the original mod, makes the following changes;

Laboratory moodlets don't hit until moderate expectations

Laboratory room is also counted for the precept.

That's it. Go subscribe to the original as well, this will be removed when it updates and I have no intention of stealing subscribers from him. This is literally unlisted.
