A criminal syndicate has set up a front for their activities on Mars. The Club upstairs features a bar, multiple video screens, space for dancing, and importantly hides the presence of the hyperstim (a new, multi-modal synthetic stimulant) lab that is now producing Hype (the stimulant's street name). The lab area features a large hangar space for the illicit distribution of the stim throughout the planet, along with a small shuttle and a getaway speeder bike.

Includes a conveyored Irrigation block and conveyored Food Processor block for "hyperstim production" but are able to be used for regular food production as needed. No farm plots are on the grid.
