Traitor weapon for Trouble in Terrorist Town.

Low damage, accurate assault rifle that sets enemies (and props) on fire upon impact.

This is a reupload of an individual custom weapon by Lykrast. Scripting credit to Lykrast, model credits to the Gamebanana folks who ported the original model from Crossfire: https://gamebanana.com/mods/209695

Changes / fixes I've made:

• Fixed missing soundscripts (reloading now makes a sound!)
  
• Replaced the weapon's icon with a new one that is far more easily recognisable as the Gold Dragon and which has a red background to identify it as a Traitor weapon.
  
• Changed the way the material for the red glow works.
  
• Made the draw speed less insane so the animation doesn't look all funky
