I don't know who said it, but someone definitely did!
It would seem like chaos, a place where one could get lost.
But then we zoom out a bit and see perfect repetitions: rhythmic, metrical, and so on...
Chaos creates ideal structures. Very different, yet precisely calibrated over billions of years of evolution. Ideal, maximally functional architecture.
It's so perfect and beautiful that it's impossible to compete with. One can only be inspired by it!
This is, in some way, my take on the question "what is bionics?"
