Tracked Vehicle Base MK2

MFL 1.0 is here! And we've got everything we need to make tank treads not only usable, but actually useful!

This is intended to be a replacement for the old "Tracked Vehicle Base" at https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3236584670

Compared to the old one, this new one is:
- Vastly more performance-friendly
- Easier to customize (thanks to interior-face symmetric glide carriages)
- Easier to control (thanks to the WASD-to-tank circuit, which you can find standalone in my workshop)
- Better at climbing hills and slopes, and can glide over most small rocks
- Faster

Channel 1 controls: WASD to drive, space to tension tracks, and right click to widen the base
The default/initial width should fit through most doorways, so you can completely ignore and rebind the two levitating actuators if you want.
