Pavises are too heavy!

描述
A simple mod that changes the way Earl's Spearmen and Pavisier abilities function.

Instead of the (frankly) unrealistic testudo-esque formation of both Spear-Wall and Shield-Screen, this mod makes both look like base 1212 Spear-Wall.

This mod is to be loaded above all of Earl's Realistic Overhaul to work.
