[TTT2] Executioner (w/ Target Outline) [ROLE]

This is a fork of Wasted's [TTT2] Executioner [ROLE]

This fork adds an outline around the executioner's current target, visible through walls. This can be enabled or disabled with the console variable: "ttt2_executioner_outline_target".

We added this feature due to multiple drawn out stalemates that we encountered while playing with the original executioner role. Giving the executioner what are effectively wallhacks fixes this problem and improves the pace of play for both innocents and traitors.
