Defib: Fixed and Improved

I wasn't a fan of how the defib looked so I fixed and improved it.

What's changed:

- Fixed compression.

- Fixed defib shadows.

- Fixed texture overlapping onto different areas.

- Fixed glowing parts.

- Restored texture overlay's that were missing in retail.

- Fixed lightning bolt that was previously reversed.

- Restored/added two buttons that were previously the same colour as the background and had no icons.

- Added extra detail on the text and made it slightly more aligned and readable.

- Added the lightning bolt on the red button making it slightly more detailed.

Fun fact! The defib is very loosely based on the LIFEPAK Physio Control 15. :)
