Playstyle

|| TF Pycnandra is all about range control, keeping enemy heavies in the 11.5-9.5km bracket where you can gain a fireable 450 track on them. but they can't acquire one on you. The battleship can broadside in this range relatively safely, with the capability of dishing out tons of dps, with the railgun tying down enemy DC teams and suppressing enemies back into cover so other frontline and capfleet elements can move to preferable positions. If enemy 450mm acquires a fireable track, bowtanking is preferable to broadsiding.


BB-484 Heavy Day

|| A Solomon class battleship equipped with a full armament of 450mm guns, an RS41 spyglass radar (with 4 track correlators and a scryer missile ID system supporting it), anti-craft missiles, and a full softkill suite.
| 450mm: Use HE against most targets from most angles. AP is required to deal with monitors or bowtanking command cruisers. Guns can be tasked against multiple targets individually or quickly tasked to one target by holding SHIFT.
| Softkill: COMMS jammer will throw missiles with a CMD seeker, both Conure Active Decoys and EA12 Chaff can be used to throw missiles with ACT seekers, and pointing the illuminator at either of the latter will throw SAH seekers. ARAD can be circumvented by disabling the ships own radar and/or launching an active decoy.


DD-384 Thrown From Afar

|| A Keystone class destroyer equipped with a spinal railgun and Sarissa long-range point defence turret. Pyroclastic shells cause spot fires on enemy vessels, tying down enemy damage control teams and paving the way for 450mm to demolish modules.
