(Minor) Holiday Tweaks

- Permanent upgrade slots now keep the Chocolate egg in your purchasable upgrades.
(Normally, it immediately bursts the egg; earning 0 cookies).

- Egging on (7 eggs) and Mass Easteria (14 eggs) now additionally increase drop rate; up to their egg requirement.

- Switching to Valentine's Day with the Season Switcher now immediately unlocks every heart biscuit you can currently afford.

- Halloween cookies can now be obtained from Wrath cookies.
(As a byproduct of this, the script for dropping Halloween cookies is now a function: "Game.DropSpooky(failRate)". Feel free to never use this).

(Does not disable Steam achievements).
