This mod replaces the Soundtrack and menu music with a the ones from Apocalypto as requested by Kukulkan! (Macuahuitl).

For the updated content changes, take a look at the change notes. :)

If you want to customize your soundtrack, as you might have done with textures, here you get how the soundtrack works:

The game uses the folder Game\sound\music.

There it searches for the file xmusic1.mp3

If a mp3 ends, and there is a file with actual number + 1 like xmusic2.mp3 after playing xmusic1.mp3, than that one will be played next.

If there is no further file, or there is a gap between the actual files number and the next one, like xmusic1, xmusic2 and xmusic4, than it restarts with the first file.

Until now I don't know if there is a max number of soundtrack files that are used.

All my soundtracks will contain every single title in a seperate mp3 file, so you can easily delete or change a specific one, or change their order.

The music seems too quiet in this mod. Every once in a while it would play a crescendo that I could make out but even with my volume turned up I could hardly tell the mod was active

Can't say - for me deleting my game profile solved the issue. If you have the same one - morness could use such a profile for research - but I deleted my one not thinking of that - so you may want to contact him for this. :)

Same, that could be it. Why does most everone have that bug though if not everone has that dlc.

It may be all the bugs that came with AK and the hotfix everyone else is facing too? ;)
I for example can't click 'standard game' without ctd...

Its not the mods since I just unsub. from them all. Guess its something else that requires me to reinstal the game yet again.

Oh, now I cant even load into the game. ._. Dunno if its cause of this or other mods.

If the download was successfull, the mod should sho up in your ingame mod manager.
It should also be enabled there automatically.
But in case it wasn't - you have to do so manually.
Also - if you have any other soundtrack mod enabled - isable it or give this mod a higher priority.
