I imported my own stuff that I had changed for vanilla. If you want to do it manually, import "main_units_tables" and "land_unit_tables" from data pack of Attila and change those too.
The mod had only the new units/changed units in it.

Last part could help if your game doesn't start at all.
You want to double all num_men. You can jjust right click the column and write "x*2". That is it. It made me feel like a genius when I found about it + it is soooo much faster. I made my x unit sizes for Rome 2 in 10 minutes (all four variations) :D @Mingles
