Makes Piggy Bank continue to work as normal past wave 20. Built from HypermarineAuT's Infinite Bank and Harvesting as a starter, updated to work with current version of 1.1.12.1.

Every mod I found to make the piggybank work endlessly also made harvesting continue to increase. With their being mods readily available to adjust the harvesting behavior to my liking, I wanted a separate mod that only targeted the Piggy Bank.
