No tree seeds for Progression: Agriculture

This is a simple mod that restores the Tree Sowing research project and stops Progression: Agriculture from generating seeds for literally every tree in your game. This system, by default, will generate more tree seeds than useful plant seeds, which makes seed rewards more or less useless as you are statistically more likely to get tree seeds rather than anything you'd actually like to plant.
Funniest part is how you can't even use most of them! That's right, most trees can only be grown in a certain biome and so more than half the seeds the mod generates are absolutely useless in most cases.

For reference, this brings down the amount of seeds in vanilla from 39 (or 38 without Ideology) to 17.

Why is this its own mod? Don't you have the Tiny Tweaks Collection for your small tweaks?
Aha, you see, dear reader. The change sounds - and on the surface, is - pretty small. However, it turns out that Progression: Agriculture has no system in place for plants that unlock with research projects.
''So what about the Save our Ship 2 integration?'' you may ask. ''That mod has plants that are unlocked with research, right?'' right, except that integration is hardcoded. So, I had to cook up my own solution which involved multiple Harmony patches.

It's very fitting for *you* to be making a mod about seed. Heh.

I think even better would be : Just make a tree seedpackage based on biome. Bam, even less but still restricted. Because you already can get all the trees from one biome if you are there.

I tried to think of a way to do this manually so many times... this makes the mod a billion times better!

For those like me who like to test out mods in dev mode, keep in mind that the "finish all research" button will circumvent what this mod does; the seeds only unlock if you trigger them by finishing the tree sowing research specifically. Should be 0 problem in a regular game (other than closing a bunch of unlock notifications).

@Chloe yeah lol, progression agriculture doesn't remove the climate locks of trees and other plants. you can only make use of 4-5 tree seeds depending on what biome your colony is in
that means, at any point, about 16 of the 21 tree seeds are absolutely useless. that is half the seed pool dedicated to trees you cannot ever make use of, literally useless, yes

Honestly, should be part of the base mod. Once again Turkler does it
