Each preset uses multi-threaded rendering

r_queued_ropes
It also disables redundant post-processing (bloom, DoF, motion blur) — saving up to 15 ms per frame.

The Webserver was a idea that I never did. Feel free to look at the code to see I'm grabbing

To have data to see if my shit actually works. And Players could report bugs in the menu! But you're right it looks fishy so I'll have the non functioning code removed.
