AA missiles damage and explosion size adjusted.
- Larger explosion radius, more likely to damage a fast manta in a head-on shot that does not deploy flares early
- Reduced explosive damage, AA missile deals 80% less damage, Petrels may survive direct hits.
Laser, Cruise, TV and IR missile damage unchanged.
Missile flight performance unchanged.

Also significantly increase the build speed of small munitions

Changes:
- 20mm ammo production speed 10x faster
- 30mm ammo production speed 2x faster
- 40mm ammo production speed 2x faster
