In the shadow of the mountains lies Ironwood Vale, a village built on the edge of a cursed forest. The iron-barked trees hide Grimmaw, a beast of claw and fang whose legend shapes every stone and timber here. Coaster: Grimmaw
Long before the village was built, the valley belonged to a monstrous bear, black of pelt and red of eye, known only as Grimmaw. Its roar echoed off the ridges, shaking trees from their roots and sending hunters fleeing back to their keeps. Some say it could swallow a man whole, others that it rose higher than the watchtowers of the old fortress.

The villagers claim Grimmaw was never slain, only bound. Shackled deep beneath the mountain, its fury rattles the earth, straining against the chains. Every thunderous rush of the coaster’s trains is the beast lurching, snapping, and straining to break free.

To ride Grimmaw is to tempt fate — to feel the beast’s fury, to dive through the dark bones of its lair, and to discover whether the old bindings still hold.
