Replaces explosive oil drums with Minecraft TNT

Although not required, I'd recommend playing this mod with my Minecraft TNT Grenade mod as that mod replaces the explosion sounds and particle effects with minecraft sounds and effects.

Should be fixed now, I made a mistake with the vmt file that I never noticed since I always played with the tnt grenade mod on.
