Spawn one and they will appear, you will need to get new ones everytime someone adds a default attachmen(Laser/Magazine/Gripetc for a weapon!

Stupid question probably , but it says dlc required for the mod. Do you really need the DLC to use this?

For some reason the clusterfuck won't reload. Empty magazine after modifying it, says I have 300 rounds available for it. But pressing R does nothing.

As I understand both are existing, for so far all the traiders on south have FDE :(

what are you asking really? check the upgrade tree, all HK416 has an upgrades that gives you a laser .
