For countless ages, the Great Unclean One watched with joyous patience as his plagues spread through the realms—slowly, lovingly, infecting all that lives. But now, the Lord of Pestilence has grown restless. The time for subtle corruption is over. Nurgle himself has descended upon the mortal world, his vast, bloated form dragging trails of pestilent filth and despair across the lands.

This mod introduces Nurgle’s physical manifestation—the Plaguefather incarnate, a mountain of corruption, whose every step births new contagions and festering life. The air curdles with his laughter, the rivers flow green with disease, and all resistance melts beneath the weight of joyous decay.

☣️ Playable Nurgle Incarnation — Command the Lord of Decay himself as he brings the Garden of Nurgle into the mortal world.

💀 New Campaign Threat — If not controlled by the player, Nurgle’s avatar can emerge as a plague-driven apocalypse event, corrupting entire provinces in a creeping, unstoppable tide.

In the Realm of Chaos, Nurgle’s garden festers in eternal bloom—a place of decay so complete it circles back into life. Rotting trees bear pus-filled fruit, and rivers of bile nourish teeming maggot swarms. Amidst it all, Nurgle toils joyfully in his cauldron, brewing new diseases with fatherly affection, gifting them to his “children” with benevolent laughter.

But now, the barrier has weakened. The mortal world calls to him—its fear, its sickness, its despair. He answers that call not with cruelty, but with love—a love that suffocates, infects, and transforms. For in Nurgle’s eyes, to decay is to live anew.

The world shall choke on joy and drown in rebirth.

To play as Nurgle you will have to have Trajann's Other Gods Compilation Pack. Put this mod before the compilation pack in the load order. You can recruit the lord through the recruit lord menu and go to legendary lords.
