SAS on, Full Throttle, then use the action group to Take Off.

Welcome aboard the KSP Home World ION NAVY. This SSTO Prototype is used by new Recruits to get their first ION Orbit, and to make Beer Runs for the X-Wing Pilots. It's a cheap and easy way to get that first Star for 6 Kerbals.
We all gotta' start someplace.

Had to Reenter = Don't worry about it, it will go down as a Beer-Run.

68K to 78K = Advance to next Rank, your good enough, there is little margin of error.

80K to 90K = That's Jim Kirk stuff there, Officer Recommendation, you'll notice there's a 2K "gray area" that's because deep in Space when meters or seconds count ... maybe ain't good enough.

90K and above = You might be part Pilgrim.
