I don't think this is the intended glitch/solution but this works consistently for me:
I make the first cube slide, when it is sliding and I place another cube on top it's slightly offset and I can climb them

Hi, are you sure that this level is solvable on every pc? Some physics interactions some times depend on the pc performance (e.g. framerate etc..)
