Prison Located at L2 - Large POI with Multiple Encounters & Boss Spawns
Safe Zone with Bank connected to North Bank on main land.

Loot balanced for players to go fresh spawn and PVP in mid tier loot while looting the various sell-able loot locations.
Explosives are mostly locked behind red crate boxes.
Tons of secret places and loot rooms locked behind bunker key and electronic repair kit doors.
