Quick Warly Changes

Made this in a few minutes for a friend, for our server. I wanted to upload it because maybe some Warly main out there likes these changes too. (And also because there's like ZERO Warly mods for some reason??)

Warly now has a 15% chance to get an extra drop from mobs, either by getting the 'final hit', or "tagging" an enemy by hitting it at or below 25% of the mob's max HP. He'll announce it when it happens. Why not just meat, instead of every item? Because that'd be BORING.

Warly can now turn things like morsels into meat, much like Wilson, but cheaper. He can also craft monster meat and a few other resources.
[EX: 2 Morsels -> 1 Raw Meat. | 2 Fish Morsels -> 1 Raw Fish. ]

- Consuming Soothing Tea now resets your "food cooldown". It plays an effect, too. :]
- Increased cook speed at any crockpot, not just portable. (Why is this not in vanilla?)
- "Prey" creatures, (EX: Rabbits), are not afraid of Warly.

Everything is configurable.

That's all. When I make his skill tree, it'll be a different mod, but I have to finish up some other mods, first. I'll race Klei to it, lmao. Suggest stuff if you'd like.
