@Anrhaa GIMP is fine for that task and much easier to learn then Photoshop. Just go on YouTube and watch guides, basic staff is really easy. And you also may ask Chat GPT for help.

You can do it yourself.
You’ll need a Photoshop plugin to work with the DDS format — or you can use online converters. Grab the male texture and mesh from Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod, open the texture in Photoshop, and repaint it to match the skin color. Save it.
Then open Forgotten Construction Set and create a new mod. Select UWE or a standalone subrace mod, then select your freshly created mod. Find Dra'ak and replace the male texture with your one from Photoshop. Don't forget to replace the male mesh too.
Save your mod and launch the game. You’re done!

They look great!
