Okran's Shield Expanded

This mod tunrs Okran's Shield into the main fortress between the HN and the UC. It adds the following:
- A church and some bars, as well as a weapons, armor and travel shops.
- If Valtena is killed, the UC conquers Okran's Shield. Some bars, as well as an armor, weapons and travel shops can be found.
- If Inaba is killed, the Flotsam Ninjas take control of the base. A hospital, Thieves Guild, flotsam armoury and bakeries, as well as an armor, weapons tools and travel shops can be found.
- If Moll is killed, the cannibals infest the Shield.
- If Meat Lord is killed, the Holy Nation Outlaws control the ruins. a Thieves Guild and bar, as well as a travel and robotics shops can be found.
