Okran's Fist Expanded

This mod turns Okran's Fist into a heavily guarded fort. It adds the following:
- A bar and temple, as well as an armor, weapons and travel shops.
- If both Valtena and Phoenix are killed, the UC takes control of the Fist. A bar and thieves guild, as well as slaves, travel, weapons and armor shops can be found.
- If Lord Inaba is killed, the Fist is taken by the Flotsam Ninjas. A hospital, bar and thieves guild, as well as an armor, weapons, tools and travel shops can be found
- If Moll is killed, the Fist is infested by the cannibals.
- If Meat Lord is killed, The Holy Nation Outlaws control the ruins. A bar and thieves guild, as well as tools, travel, armor and weapons shops can be found.
