Mercenary Deployment

The Holy Nation and the United Cities will now employ mercenaries in the war against each other. The Holy Nation will also use mercenaries if the war with the Shek is renewed.

"Mercenary", "Mercenary Heavy", and "Mercenary Captain" units can be found fighting for the United Cities in Bast, as long as Tengu is alive.

"Human Mercenary" soldiers can be found in Bast fighting for the Holy Nation if Valtena is alive.

If Seta is alive and a war with the Shek starts because Esata died or Seto was kidnapped, then Seta will hire human mercenaries for the southern campaign.
