Deed Mutators Selector [Fix]

Fixed version of Mutator Selector, allows custom activation of various mutators in the game.

This is a fixed version of an old mod from 2018. Special thanks to the original mod author prop joe.

The mutators blacklist has been removed. However, this does not mean those incomplete or unreleased mutators are now functional, even though they are currently available for selection.

IMPORTANT: Ensure correct mod load order - in the launcher, place the dependency mods shown on the right above this mod.
