[PM] Modern German Firefighters

Another installment to the german asset series, now introducing the fire department.
These high quality assets were made by Rython/cloth4game over on cgtrader and ported over to Gmod by me over the last few weeks. A massive (and expensive) project and my first time actually having to deal with complicated weights. Of course I immediatly proceeded to completely ♥♥♥♥ them up but oh well.
