Holy Mines Expanded

This mod turns the Holy Mines into walled mining settlements. It adds the following:
- Theres 3 types of mines: the ones east of HN's towns, the one at its center and a western one in the foglands.
- If Holy Lord Phoenix is killed, then the foglands mine is taken by the Holy Nation Outlaws. a bar and a mechanical shop can be found.
- If Seta is killed, the the central and eastern mines are taken by the Shek Kingdom. The western mine is taken by the Flotsam Ninjas, with a bar and a mechanical shop available.
- If Esata is killed, Krals Chosen take control of the central and eastern mines, serving as a military outpost.
- If Flying Bull is killed, the Slave Traders take control of the eastern mines, with slaves and stone camp shops available. The central mine is taken by the Flotsam Ninjas, with the previosly mentioned shops.
- If Moll is killed, the Slave Traders take control of the central mine, and the western one is infested by the Fogmen, simiarly to the deadhive overrun.
- If Lord Inaba dies, the central and eastern mines are occupied by the Holy Nation Outlaws. The central one has a bar and mechanical shop, while the rest have squatters.
