Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the Four Nations lived together in Harmony...along with many other culturally and politically distinct, semi-independent Powers! =D (Now in Civ 7!)

This mod adds 13 City States from the Avatar: the Last Airbender (ATLA) and Legend of Korra (LoK) Universe. These City States were chosen as locations that exhibited unique cultural and political identities apart from the larger nations, such as how Chin Village exhibited its own justice system, or how Zaofu was essentially an Autonomous city run by the Metal Clan.

Rewrite Avatar History: Battle the Kyoshi Warriors, befriend the Equalists, incite the Foggy Swampbenders to war, and more!

Future:
This initial upload adds the 13 IPs into the pool of IPs that can show up each Age. However, I hope to give some of these Avatar IPs (Kyoshi, Fire Sages, Misty Palm's Oasis, etc) their own unique Suzerain Bonuses in a future update!

I also hope to create the 4 Nations (Earth Kingdom, Water Tribe, Air Nomads, and Fire Nation), Nations from the Legend of Korra (United Republic, Independent North and South Pole, Air Nation, and Earth Empire), and some Kingdoms from Adventure Time. We'll see how much of that I'm actually able to accomplish, but it'll be a long term goal.
