You can replace the standard dayz bear by following these steps:

1. Add the types file to your server. You can either link this or add it to your current types file.
2. In the mpMissions folder of your server, head to the db folder and open up the events.xml file
3. Find the bear events.... They are under AmbientBear and AnimalBear (I think)
4. When you have found the bear events, replace the child type with the Cocaine bear you want to use.
5. Adjust the min and max values for how many you want to appear.
6. Reboot your server for changes to be applied

You need to add it to your events etc manually. I can walk you through this
