vB Tweaks: Flam(i)erthrower

Companion mod to the two that tweak the two units that use flamethrowers, as that weapon is.... not good. It deals pitiful damage even in its optimal capacity, having to rely on the hp drain of setting enemies on fire. I wanted it to have a little bit more oomph, so I made this mod which ups its Armor Piercing by 1 (to 2) and upgrades its Splash to Large Splash. Just because I was unhappy with it.

Notably, the Vulkan-mounted Incinerator is unaffected.

This mod replaces the following files, and will not be compatible with mods that also do so:

This mod was created during the following version, and may not include changes made since:
