...once I made a mod to separate the Chayot Exterminator's weapons based on range, I realized, I can do the same for a different unit which is not so much underpowered as misused by the AI, which is a problem, as it's (mostly) an AI-only unit. The Warden has the same problem as the Vulkan R3 used to have - the AI treats it as a ranged unit, when most of its power is in melee. For the Vulkan, the devs fixed it by removing the range on its incinerator, but here, I went for a different solution - the Warden's missile pod is now an activated ability, which it can fire separately, then still close to melee for some fiery spinny death. Honestly for balance it should probably consume movement but I really don't trust the AI not to use it at range still.

As a small but notable downside, the Warden now takes longer to overwatch, animation-wise. Ah well.
