Rebel Base Expanded

This mod turns Rebel Base into a small fortified outpost. It adds the following:
- Bar thugs and a drifter squad, gate guards and a farm storage for the intiial rebel base
- If Esata is killed, the Holy Nation takes over the rebel base. Holy farmers can be found. If Seta is killed instead, then the Shek Kingdom takes control, with a travel shop.
- If both are killed, and Dimak is dead, then the Dust Bandits take it. A bar can be found. If Dust King is killed instead, the Black Dragon Ninjas take the base, with a bar.
- If both are killed, then the Flotsam Ninjas take control. A flotsam bakery/bar can be found.
- If Moll is killed, the Trade Ninjas take control. A bar can be found.
