Half Life: Katiba 6.5mm

- This is built primarily for this metrocop workshop model as it uses the same bone/position(ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand) to attach with. It must, also, be said that it can work really well with Modern Warfare 2's character models like Grinch due to their similar bone position with only a small amount of adjustment required.

- I'd be surprised if you need to but do not move those lasers on the pointer attachment any further forward as that will cause it to blink in and out of existence due to the hitbox size. It is however, fine to retract so long it does not go behind the pointer itself.


- The team behind porting the metrocop model from Half Life Alyx to Source Filmmaker.

- Valve for the design and concept of Half Life 2 itself.

- Bohemia for the design and concept of Arma 3's Katiba bullpup rifle.

- Myself(ArcadiaView) for the artwork, modelling, texturing and porting the models into Source Filmmaker.


As part of a favour and something I wish to keep pushing towards. I'm hoping to encourage anyone to donate to a charity towards animal welfare, local or international, or even spread the message in any way possible through means of communication or art. For you Arma fans, gun enthusiasts, Almsivi Worshippers and astronauts. The Katiba 6.5mm bullpup assault rifle is the main weapon of choice for the CSAT faction(An opposing alliance to NATO) in Arma 3 to which the design of it is based on the Iranian KH 2002 Kaybar. Fitting given that one of the nations in that faction is in fact Iran while the other main key player involved is China.


- A Katiba 6.5mm Bullpup Assault rifle (With various bodygroups to play with).

- A Grenade Launcher Attachment (With a bodygroup for a pre-existing grenade for convenience along with a bone to locate for a seperate grenade "bullet").

- A Silencer.

- A Red Dot Sight (with various bodygroups, including a custom colour version, and shapekeys for the recticle itself).

- An ARCO scope.

- Left and Right Laser Pointer attachment (with bodygroups for the different coloured lasers).

- Left and Right Flashlight attachment (with a bodygroup for the light itself).

- A Grenade "bullet".

- A Magazine (with a bone to locate for the bullets).

- A Drum Magazine (with a bone to locate for the bullets).

- A varying amount of the same 6.5mm Bullet model from a singular casing and bullet to a stack of five (designed for convenience, particular towards animators for multiple casings dropped out of the Katiba's ejection port).


- The main grip can be quite awkward to pose with, my recommendation is to look at the various references I have provided in the images above.

- The lasers may appear to not show at certain angles normally when working however they do in fact function when rendering so please do keep that in mind.
