Creep Impact is a timed activity where you kill Creeps, grab the ore they drop, and deposit that ore into nearby ammo chambers to “load ammo.” Hit the required ammo count within 3 minutes to climb reward tiers. Miss the requirement and the event ends on the spot. It resets and can be attempted again after 2 hours.

If playing Solo, reaching certain tiers requires a number of loaded ammo:

• Bronze - 8
  
• Silver - 10
  
• Gold - 13
  
• Platinum - 16

The target scales with squad size, so a duo needs 18 for Platinum. Rewards matter. Expect a healthy chunk of Eridium during runs, the Coast to Coast skin for Assault Rifles and Vehicles, plus the Shoot the Moon achievement when you finish the event.

You’ll find the event at Stardown Point in Carcadia Burn, with Makeshift Chalet as the closest fast travel. It’s one of the three rotating world events in Borderlands 4 alongside Airship and Goredello.

• Use Incendiary to shred Creeps. Fire damage is the safest bet here. SMGs and shotguns with fast handling shine since you’re constantly moving and scooping ore.
  
  
• Prioritize Ore Creeps. Don’t tunnel on stragglers. Clear the clumps that reliably drop ore, then immediately convert drops into progress.
  
  
• Anchor near an ammo chamber. Fight in a tight orbit around a chamber so every pickup becomes a quick throw. Chambers don’t move, so build your loop around one.
  
  
• Pre-stage between tiers. As you complete a tier, have one player already holding an ore so you can slam it the moment the next round ticks. This keeps momentum. Tip also works between rounds.
  
  
• Zero hoarding. Instant deposits. Pick up ores and deposit right away to avoid despawns and wasted trips. Micro-deliveries beat big bags sitting on the ground.
  
  
• Co-op roles beat chaos. For duos needing 18 ammo, run a simple split: Runner hugs the chamber and throws, Add Clear keeps paths open and tags Creeps for drops. Keep comms short. Numbers climb fast.
  
  
• Don’t fail the check. If you ever fall behind the required number, the event stops. When in doubt, tighten your route to the closest chamber and stabilize the pace.
  
  
• Know the spot. If you’re roaming Carcadia Burn, set a route that passes Stardown Point, and unlock Makeshift Chalet early so resets are painless.
