Battle of Arafura Sea, 1962

描述
The Battle of Arafura Sea was a clash between the Dutch Navy and the Indonesian navy on the night of January 15th, 1962. The Indonesian navy was attempting to land 150 troops in Kaimana in Dutch New Guinea for sabotage and to incite the local population against the Dutch.


Designer notes:

Following substitutions have been made:

Z-Class destroyers in place of S-Class destroyer.

P-6 Class MTB in place of Jaguar Class MTB.

I did a bit of research on this battle and there's not a lot of information. I think I got it pretty close though. If anyone has additional information, please share.

As Indonesian, it's kinda dark to play and enjoy this scenario. Lol. But a great scenario for sure!

Here some additional infos: it was 3 Jaguar MTB, KRI Matjan Tutul (Leopard), KRI Matjan Kumbang (Panther), and KRI Harimau (Tiger). KRI Matjan Tutul sunk, and the two other are incapacitated.

Yeah. I admit it is a bit on easy the easy side. If you want, try my first mission. Sunda Strait Crises, 1964. That one is more challenging.

@Wind_Victor_92. Oh wow. I didn't think of that. It's perfect considering the Indonesian had removed the torpedoes to get more troops on board. Thank you.
