描述
请必须安装前置模组，否则该模组无法正常运行。

一款简单的模组，提供双倍特化、16建筑槽和12分部建筑槽，以及部分分部建筑。
同时允许任何国家开设、支持分部，并允许用决议在自己的星球上开分部。
允许城市区划建造大多数类型建筑。


以下BUG已知，且我无法修复，请勿汇报：
- 分部建筑会建造到城市区划的建筑槽中
这是游戏本身的bug，不是mod的。

- 分部会在读取存档后消失。

- 非城市区划的第一特化建造后无法更改，除非拆除所有区划重建。
这是游戏本身不兼容导致的bug，不是mod的。

Or I can just enlarge UI size of rural districts to make it works anyway.
Secondary zone of rural districts is considered specialty of this mod, I don't want to give it up.

Maybe them remove those and add just building slots instead? Im pretty sure people still build one type in those zone's anyway.

I see what you mean, this bug is beyond me.
Since I added extra zone to rural districts, the game mistaken them as main(usually urban) districts while original main districts being replaced.

But still need report One thing - sometimes, if you conquer enemy colony, instead habital district as "main" became rural instead.
