F to start the gyro, only the wheels touches the ground, and the pilot seat is invisible

For more steering look at the "Steering rods" group and increase them to the max. The rods extension are on 1.75, set them to 2.

The 2 last pictures show how you can change the lean/pivot angles of the motorbike steering. Move it backward for more lean, and frontward for more pivot. Actually my motorbike is slightly rear-centered.
