Holy Mine Ruins Expanded

This mod turns the mine ruins at the east of the Holy Nation into small mining settlements. It adds the following:
- If Dust King, Dimak and Buzan are killed, the Holy Nation rebuilds these mines, serving like the others.
- If Lord Phoenix is killed, the Shek Kingdom takes control. A bar and mechanical shop can be found.
- If Esata is killed, Kral's Chosen take over, turning them into small military outposts.
- If Flying Bull is killed, the Trader's Guild conquer them. A bar, as well as slaver and materials shop can be found.
- If Lord Inaba is killed, then the ruins are taken by the Holy Nation Outlaws. A blackmarket bar and travel shop can be found.
