Time and Stamina

The timers are very tight but if you test them out before you rely on them you can execute everything fairly easily. The stamina comes in from executing some steps repeatedly but it's all necessary for the puzzle.

I'm pretty sure there are no trapping issues and I can see only one path to the competion but I know, if there is another, my friends will find it. Let me know.
