Inertia Controller

Adds a convar menu that allows you to control player movement speed and inertia, as well as some optional movement restrictions.

Menu is found under Utilities > Admin > Inertia Controller

Full feature list:

- Inertia modifier for controlling acceleration and deceleration speed, based on manipulating the existing "sv_friction" and "sv_acceleration" convars
- Options for walk and slow walk speed, sprint speed, crouched walk speed, ladder climbing speed, jump height, etc.
- Uses mainly Half Life 2's movement speed settings by default
- Setting to disable these speed changes from this mod altogether
- Adds custom speed-independent friction, which you can modify the amount of applied per second
- Optionally removes the speed boost applied when jumping
- Optionally disables sprinting where appropriate, i.e. going backwards, right after a hard landing, or being knee deep in water
- Optionally disables acceleration/direction changing when in the air
- Optional jump cooldown based on landing impact speed
- Optional additional drag applied when landing, can nerf bunnyhopping a lot or not much at all depending on your settings

This mod has not been tested in a true multiplayer environment.
