A mouse playermodel with jointed ears and whiskers and a long rope tail.

About the tail:

Seems like there arn't many people using ropes in their playermodels. Like, there's plenty of robots out there, and you'd think ropes would make great wires for detail.

However, it was really hard to make this mouse's tail. As far as I can tell, both ends have to be connected to something for the rope to show up on the model, but having a random voxel at the end made it clip into the ground and just not work at all.

So what I did was add a script to the vox on the end of the tail that deletes it immediately, so it's there to make the tail render in, and then goes away so it doesn't mess up the tail's nice physics.

It's not perfect. It collides with static objects but not dynamic ones, and clips through the player's pelvis when you back up, but that's just Teardown's rope physics; nothing I can do about that. Overall, I think it works quite well.
